The PR57050 Model is the newest model and features a mechanical locking device
that locks the lid and the body of the pressure cooker. It has two pressure
settings 8lb and 12lb, a visual pressure indicator , which rises to indicate
that the cooker is up to pressure. There is also a pressure release regulator
that ensures the safe release of steam after cooking.
